I ordered flowers 12 days in advance to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. They attempted to deliver them at 7pm on her birthday and were unable to so left them with an unknown neighbour. My friends birthday came and went with no flowers delivered. They could have called before hand to ensure someone would be home. Very disappointed in the in the service as one phone call could have avoided all of this. I will never order from this store again.

My son always orders me flowers from \Flower's story\ . They are always exquisite and last two or three weeks. The last arrangement was so lovely and unusual. Had to large pink buds which became enormous yellow flowers. I highly recommend them for quality and creativity.
